Master Programs Admission Requirements

Official admission prerequisites, language masteries, document criteria, selection tracks, and tuition frameworks for the academic year 2025 – 2026.

Certificate Requirements

Engineering Master Program: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, ICT Engineering or equivalent will be accepted.

M2 Applied Globalization: Bac +4 (Master 1 or baccalaureos level) in law, political science, economics, management, or related disciplines.

Heritage Management Master Program:
• Semester 1: Open to students with a bachelor’s degree in art history, archaeology, geography, anthropology, wishing to specialize in heritage and tourism.
• Semester 2: Open to students with experience / training in heritage and/or tourism.
• Direct Admission (Semester 3): Possible for students proving background equivalent to the M1 Heritage Management program.

Jury Requirements

Each candidate to enter in M1 or directly in M2 (also for Applied Globalization) will present his candidacy with a CV + a motivation letter to both pedagogical coordinators (French partner university delocalizing the master’s degree and UFE). If necessary, an oral interview will proceed.

Language Proficiency Tracks

Computer Networks & IoT Systems

Taught in English. Minimum level: B1 for M1 (1st year), B2 for M2 (2nd year) or equivalent.

European & International Studies

Taught mainly in French. Level B2 or equivalent required in French; level B1 or equivalent required in English.

Languages, E-Commerce & Comm. (LECCO)

Taught mainly in English. Level B2 or equivalent required in English; level B1 or equivalent required in French. Arabic level B1 or equivalent expected.

Heritage Management / Globalization

• Heritage: English taught. Level B2 or equivalent in English.
• Applied Globalization M2: Taught in English & French. B1 in French/English at entry (B2 expected upon completion).

ℹ️ Preferable certificates from any Egyptian or international entity giving proficiency exams. If an applicant does not provide proof of language proficiency, they must take the UFE language exam.

Admission & Selection Process

Apply Online: Fill out the postgraduate application and pay application fees.
Document Provision: Provide a copy of all required documentation layers.
Initial Screening: Evaluation ensuring data integrity and validation completeness.
Interviews: Evaluative interviews managed by individual program heads.
Final Decision: Official structural notification within 1 week post-interview.
Enrollment Activation: Submit original elements and pay first-term tuition upon acceptance.

International Exchange Opportunities

✈️ LECCO Master Program: Opportunity to spend the first semester of M2 at the partner university. Places are limited (only one or two) and reserved exclusively for top-performing profiles.

✈️ Computer Networks & IoT Systems Master: Track offers structural channels to spend one of the four semesters abroad at the partner university (preferably Semesters 2, 3, or 4).

Mandatory Documents Portfolio

• Copy of bachelor’s degree certificate / transcript
• Copy of M1’s degree / Bachelor’s (Applied Globalization)
• Copy of high school diploma

• Proof of language proficiency (or sit for UFE exam)
• Copy of CV (in English or French)
• Copy of birth certificate

• Copy of National ID (Egyptians) or Passport (Foreigners)
• 4 personal photos (4×6)
• Military service certificate (Egyptian males)

• Statement of purpose / motivational letter (~500 words)
• Two recommendation letters with full contact coordinates
• Long stay residency card (International accounts)
• JDC Certificate (French nationality student nodes)

* All originals for the above-mentioned documents will be submitted completely upon official structural acceptance in the program. Recommendation letters are not required for the LECCO program track.
