Application for an Exchange Program

Students from UFE who are interested to join in an exchange program at one of UFE’s partner institutions must contact the department head of their enrolled program.

Admission requirements

The exchange program is open to French-speaking or English-speaking students who have completed a minimum of 2 years of an undergraduate degree program at UFE.

Application deadline

Fall semester: April 1st
Spring semester: October 1st
⚠️ Selection & Nomination: Exchange candidates are finalized by UFE 15 days after the application deadline.

Applications Portfolio Matrix

Identity Verification A copy of the passport pages (photo, passport number, etc) 1 passport photo

Personal Profiling A CV in English or French, depending on the language of instruction at the hosting university. Motivation letter

Academic Records Certified copies of all UFE university transcripts Results of an official English language test, or French language, depending on the language of instruction at the hosting university.

Clearances & Insurance A signed consent letter (obtained from the department head) Proof of health and repatriation insurance coverage.
