📌 Tuition Stability: Tuition is frozen until graduation, subject to passing each year.

* Note on Partner Universities: The updated fees will be decided upon by the partner French universities in June 2025.

Administrative Fees

• Foreigners: 300 €

First Year Insurance

7,000 EGP

Refunded entirely upon graduation.

Application Processing

• Undergraduate: 1,500 EGP
• Postgraduate: 1,500 EGP

Payment Currencies & Regulatory Exemptions

Payment Currency Mandates

• Egyptians and equivalents: Paid exclusively in EGP.
• Foreigners living in Egypt for 5+ years: Paid in EGP (calculated on the daily exchange rate matrix at point of payment).
• Other Foreigners: Paid in Euro (or equivalent USD valuation).

National Treatment Exceptions

• Foreign students treated as Egyptian students, in accordance with Egyptian ministerial regulatory provisions, will pay their tuition fees in EGP.
• Syrian, Palestine and Sudanese students are treated as Egyptians, that is, paying the same fees as Egyptian students.

Discounts & General Conditions Matrix

Discount Type	Value / Application Rules
Schools with protocols	15% reduction across all academic years.
Partnerships	10% for employees (sons & daughters) of specific partners providing operational support to UFE.
Siblings and Alumni	5% for current student siblings or 1st-degree alumni relatives (brothers/sisters/sons/daughters).
UFE Employees	50% base reduction (takes complete precedence over any other discounts/scholarships).
International Students	• 15% for foreigners living in Egypt for 5+ years. • 170 USD paid processing fees via “Study in Egypt” will be directly deducted from the tuition ledger.

General Discount Cumulative Rules

• Protocol Selection: In case of more than one protocol, the single highest discount will be applied.
• Full Scholarship Status: Covers tuition fees, admin fees, and transportation. Students pay only insurance fees (+ dorms if needed).
• Fresh Student Exception (26-27 Only): Add-up of discounts allowed with a absolute ceiling of 30% (excluding Merit, Sports, and Employee brackets).
• Subsequent Academic Years: No combining of deductions allowed; only the highest standalone module applies. Exception: Siblings & Alumni 5% can add to other allocations up to a absolute 20% max ceiling.

Institutional Refund Framework

Early Admission: Full refund of deposit is guaranteed up until August 31st. Beginning in September, standard Ministry regulatory provisions apply.
